中原地產 - 曾嘉滙經理表示，租賃市況持續向好，大埔白石角逸瓏灣二期最新錄低座5座低層A室，單位實用面積658平方呎，2房連儲物房及工人房間隔，叫價約$23,000，議價後以$22,000租出，實用面積呎租約$33.4。

曾嘉滙表示，新租客於科學園工作，見屋苑環境舒適，單位質素高，為方便上班即租入單位自用。據了解，業主於2018年以$1,067萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.5厘租金回報。
