大埔滌濤山3房套成交價$1,050萬

中原地產新界東豪宅逸瓏灣第二分行分區經理吳日榮表示，日前促成大埔滌濤山8座中層B室，單位實用面積1,101平方呎，建築面積1,465平方呎，3房連套房及工人套房間隔，望內園池景，去年10月開價約$1,200萬，議價後最終以$1,050萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$9,537，累減約$150萬。

中原吳日榮表示，新買家為外區換樓客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位間隔合用，業主亦提供合理議價空間，即把握機會入市單位自住。據了解，原業主於2002年以$475萬購入單位，持貨22年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$575萬離場，賺幅121%。
