大埔居屋宏福苑2房$1.3萬租出業主可享約4厘租金回報

中原地產大埔中心高級分區營業經理黃達雄表示，日前促成大埔居屋宏福苑新近錄D座高層03室，單位實用面積431平方呎，建築面積518平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$1.38萬，議價後以$1.3萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$30.2。

據了解，新租客屬同區客，見屋苑少有放盤，單位租金合理，即決定租入上述單位自用。據了解，業主於2023年以$390萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約4厘租金回報。
