中原地產-吳嘉權經理表示，大埔太湖花園最新錄17座低層H室，單位實用面積435平方呎，建築面積570平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$490萬，議價後以$460萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$10,575。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，少有放盤，即買入單位自用。原業主於2019年以$600萬購入單位，持貨約6年，是次易手賬面蝕$140萬離場，單位期內貶值23.3%。
