成交單位為天賦海灣19座中層A室，實用面積987平方呎，屬3房間隔。黃國輝指，原業主以$950萬放盤後吸引用家洽詢，雙方經議價後以$920萬成交，實用呎價約$9,321。

資料顯示，原業主於2013年以$1,128.2萬購入單位，持貨約12年，是次轉手帳面虧損約$208.2萬。
