中中原地產-侯惠良經理表示，大圍金禧花園最新錄4座中層G室，單位實用面積328平方呎，建築面積434平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$498萬，日前議價後以$468萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$14,268。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見單位價錢吸引，間隔合用，即承接單位自用。據了解，原業主於1992年以約$138萬購入單位，持貨約33年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$330萬離場，期內升值約239%。
