大圍美盈苑獲白居二以居二市場價$542萬承接

中原地產大埔優景里分行經理何偉雄表示，日前錄得大圍美盈苑中層08室，單位實用面積445平方呎，2房間隔，早前叫價約$590萬，日前議價後以居二市場價$542萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$12,180。

據了解，新買家為白居二買家，感單位價錢合理，間隔合用，即入市單位自用。原業主則於2017年以$272萬購入單位，持貨6年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$270萬離場，單位期內升值約1倍。
