美聯物業-黃育強董事表示，日前促成南昌站匯璽2B座低層D室，實用面積約351平方呎，屬1房間隔。據悉，買家為投資客，見本港租務需求持續，匯璽位於南昌站上蓋，盡享交通優勢，加上屋苑會所設施完善，深受內地客及年輕專業人士青睞，預期回報率約3厘，故斥$725萬承接單位作收租之用，實用面積平均呎價約$20,655。

參考成交資料，原業主於2017年4月以約$681萬購入上述物業，持貨約8年，是次轉手帳面賺約$44萬，或約6.5%。
