美聯物業-余汶釗經理表示，該行新近促成南昌站匯璽8座低層D室的租務成交，單位實用面積約276平方呎，屬開放式間隔，租客以月租$1.55萬承租，實用面積平均呎租約$56。

余汶釗補充，租客心儀屋苑新簇，會所設施完善，加上單位內櫳新淨企理，價錢符合預算，故拍板承租。業主於2019年10月以約$609.3萬購入上述物業，以目前租金計算，租金回報約3厘。
