北角豪廷峰1座中層2房戶月租$2.8萬成交

美聯物業北角城市花園分行高級營業經理江雲龍表示，該行剛促成北角豪廷峰一個580實呎租盤成交，同區客見租金合理，及屋苑旺中帶靜，交通方便，故以月租$2.8萬承接，2010年貨租金回報近5厘。

江雲龍稱，剛促成北角豪廷峰為1座中層A室租盤單位，實用面積約為580呎，建築面積約為783呎，為兩房間隔，客飯廳分明實用，擁開揚景觀，而且屋苑交通方便，加上租金合理，故獲同區客垂青，並以月租$2.8萬成交，折合實用呎租約為$48.3，建築呎租約為$35.8。

業主於2010年8月以約$700萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報率約4.8厘。
