北角港濤軒減價$115萬至$1,435萬易主

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角港濤軒高層E室，單位實用面積約661平方呎，2房間隔單位，向南面眺望山景，業主3個月前原叫價$1,550萬，現減價$115萬，成交價$1,435萬，實用面積平均呎價約$21,710。

世紀21日昇蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2017年4月以約$1,385萬購入上址單位，持貨4年帳面獲利$50萬，期間單位升值4%，但扣除釐印費等轉售成本，實質上屬「平手離場」。
