北角柏傲山2房以$1,338萬獲承接業主持貨11年帳面損失$228萬

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，新近成交是北角柏傲山3座中層D室，單位實用面積約596平方呎，屬2房設計，望向南面翠綠山景單位，新近獲買家以$1,338萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$22,450，原業主於今年初以$1,468萬放售，最終減價$130萬成交，減幅約9%。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主於2014年10月以$1,566萬一手向發展商購入樓花單位，持貨11年帳面損失$228萬，期間帳面跌價15%。
