世紀21北山地產營業董事嚴智贇表示，剛易手為位處北角福蔭道海峰園，物業2座(崇峰閣)高層E單位，單位建築面積783平方呎，實用面積約685平方呎，單位屬2房2廳間隔，單位屬於眺望西面部分維港海景，成交價約$1,270萬易手，實用面積呎價$18,540，屬市價成交。

據悉，單位原業主於2016年4月才以$1,080萬購入上址，業主持貨6年帳面獲利$190萬，期間升值18%。
