九龍站Grand Austin3座中層4房戶斥資$4,410萬承接

美聯物業尖沙咀高級區域營業董事彭文浩表示，中港兩地通關，有買家睇好通關後高鐵站口岸方便岀境，加上將來高鐵站上蓋落成商業項目可提升整體價值，透過該行入市Grand Austin 4房戶，連車位成交價$4,410萬。

上述成交單位為Grand Austin 3座中層C室，實用面積1,228方呎，屬4房1套連工人套間隔，闊廳大則，外望西南維港海景，屬優質放盤，並連1車位，吸引買家斥資$4,410萬承接，折合實用呎價約$35,912。

據了解，原業主於2014年6月斥資$3,190.2萬購入上址，是次轉手帳面獲利$1,219.8萬，升值38%。他補充，九龍站一帶本月暫錄約13宗買賣個案，交投氣氛回暖。
