美聯物業東九龍啟德一號分行首席高級營業經理黃家樂表示，該行新近促成九龍城御門．前的租務交投，上述成交單位為御門．前低層兩房戶，實用面積465呎，建築面積652呎。據了解，業主最初以月租$21,000叫租，放盤約一個月後減價$1,000，以月租$20,000租出，實用呎租約$43，建築呎租約$30.6。

資料顯示，業主於2020年5月以$778萬購入上述單位，以現時租金計算，租金回報約3.1厘。
