九肚山駿發山莊單號屋以$8,330萬易手

中原地產雲匯分行市務經理張少聰表示，九肚山駿發山莊最新錄一宗二手成交，分行新近促成單號屋，單位建築面積1964平方呎，實用面積1696平方呎，放盤時開價約$9,000萬，日前雙方議價後以$8,330萬易手，實用平均呎價$49,116。

據了解，原業主於2019年5月以$5,390萬購入單位，持貨3年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$2,940萬離場，單位升值約54.5%。
