世紀21奇豐物業粉嶺區區域經理陳偉康表示，該行新近促成上水欣翠花園1座中層F室，實用面積608平方呎，3房間隔，座向東南，望內園景，附室內企理裝修，獲同區租客洽購，終以$648萬連地庫車位成交，實用面積平均呎價$10,658。

世紀21奇豐陳偉康續指，新買家兩年前已決心入市，可惜當時沒有心儀單位，決定先租後買。原業主於2005年3月購入上址，當時作價$160萬，持貨逾17年至今出售，賬面獲利$488萬，單位期內升值3倍。
