Developed and sold by Wheelock Properties under Wharf Holdings, Phase 1 of the 1 Plantation Road luxury development on The Peak has officially released its brochure. This phase features eight standalone villas with saleable areas ranging from 5,513 to 6,122 square feet.
Each villa is three stories tall and includes a basement, garden, and rooftop. All units boast four-bedroom layouts.
The smallest villa, House 9, offers 5,513 square feet of saleable area. The ground floor is designed as a living room area with a front courtyard and garden, while the first and second floors house the bedrooms.
The largest villa, House 1, spans 6,122 square feet. In addition to a front courtyard and garden on the ground floor, it includes a large garden on the second floor. This level is dedicated entirely to a master bedroom suite, study, and walk-in closet.
The developer stated that only a limited number of villas will be released in the first batch.
