世紀21奇豐-張翠珊經理表示,新近錄得馬鞍山迎海3座高層B室,實用面積491平方呎,屬2房間隔,座向東北望開揚景,單位放盤半年,原叫價$780萬,減$80萬至$700萬獲買家承接,減幅10.3%,實用面積平均呎價$14,257。

據了解,原業主於2015年5月以$670萬購入上址,持貨近10年至今易手,賬面獲利$30萬,單位期內升值4%。
