青衣青泰苑2房累減至$110萬至$450萬成交

美聯物業青衣 - 青衣港鐵站分行高級分區營業經理李貫甡表示，成交單位為青衣青泰苑G座中層8室，實用面積401平方呎，2房間隔。據悉，單位最初以$560萬放售，單位近日獲上車客洽購，鐘情單位內裝修企理，可以即買即往，議價後以$450萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$11,222，較最初開價累減$110萬。

資料顯示，原業主2018年02月以$520萬購入單位。
