青衣灝景灣3房套 $1,270萬獲承接升值約2.9倍

美聯物業青衣 - 青衣港鐵站分行高級分區營業經理李貫甡表示，成交單位為青衣灝景灣6座中層B室，單位實用面積849平方呎，屬3房連套房設計，向東北，享全海景。據悉，單位於2024年3月以$1,350萬放盤，而買方為區內客，於青衣睇樓已經一段時間，認為撤辣後青衣成交明顯加快及現在價格適宜，故議價後以$1,270萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$14,958。

資料顯示，原業主2003年$325萬購入單位，持貨21年，帳面獲利$945萬，或升值約2.9倍。
