西餅客出沒注意！中國海外旗下的啟德維港‧雙鑽，今日迎來一組投資客大手購入，共掃走6伙單位，總成交額超過3,400萬元。

這批單位均為面積305平方呎的一房單位，成交價介乎561萬至578.1萬元，呎價介乎18,393元至18,954元。市場消息透露，該名買家對啟德跑道區的發展前景持樂觀態度，並認為該區的一房單位租金回報相當理想，因此選擇大手購入6伙，以作長線投資和收租之用。
