世紀21奇豐物業 - 廖振雄董事表示，該行新近促成西貢逸瓏海匯一宗二手成交，單位為2座低層G室，實用面積498呎，屬2房2廳間隔，望內園池景。

單位原由銀行開價$518萬，經議價後減價$40萬，以$478萬易手，減幅約7.7%，折合實用呎價約$9,598，屬低市價約5%。

資料顯示，原業主於2016年9月以$616萬購入，持貨逾8年，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$138萬，單位期內跌幅約22%。
