二手樓交投回升，市場錄得行家入市個案。美聯集團行政總裁（住宅）馬泰陽斥資2,700萬買入九龍站豪宅君臨天下一伙3房單位，呎價約25,690元。

市場消息透露，馬泰陽近日斥資2,700萬，購入君臨天下3座中層F室，屬3房套間隔，望內園景，單位面積約1,051方呎，呎價約25,690元。據悉，上述單位為馬氏在西九龍購入的第3項物業。

馬泰陽早前接受傳媒查詢時證實該消息，又表示暫未決定單位用作自住或出租。

根據28Hse網站資料，君臨天下近期平均成交呎價約28,575元。目前網站有42個君臨天下3房放盤，叫價介乎2,683萬至1.43億元。
