波叔斥半億觀塘購工廈

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）政府起動東九龍後，觀塘區優質工廈物業受投資者搜納。萊斯物業梁雪芬引述市場消息指，觀塘鴻圖道33號王氏大廈單位以4,950萬成交，面積約9,600方呎，平均呎價5,156元，市場租價11萬元，回報2.6厘，新買家為資深投資者鄧成波，物業將作分租單位。

樓齡逾半世紀具重建潛質

王氏大廈於1964年落成，樓高共7層。梁雪芬指，單幢舊工廈極具收購重建或活化潛質，繼政府積極策劃觀塘行動區及偉業街一帶新型商廈陸續建成入伙，鴻圖道極具發展潛質，投資氣氛將繼續保持濃厚。
