世紀21奇豐-李仕明經理表示,該行新近促成沙田偉華中心3座中層D室成交,實用面積308平方呎,屬2房間隔,座向東南望市景,以$447.5萬成交,實用面積平均呎價$14,529。

據了解,原業主於2013年2月以$298萬購入上址,持貨12年至今沽售,賬面獲利$149.5萬,單位期內升值50%。
