本地老字號 VS 內地連鎖店香港佳佳、廣州阿杏逆市旺角插旗

廣州探潮餐飲管理有限公司旗下的品牌「阿杏飯團」，自2021年起進駐香港市場，已於旺角、尖沙咀、荔枝角及觀塘等地開設分店，最近更於登打士街食店群之中插旗，新店位於旺角彌敦道578至580號恆隆大廈地下6號舖，面向登打士街，面積約300平方呎，前租客為內地茶飲品牌「檸濛濛手打香水檸檬茶」，去年中以月租7萬元承租，於今年6月、不足一年便結業，「阿杏飯團」以原價承租其舖位。

本地45年老字號、連續9年榮獲米芝蓮推介，本店位於佐敦的佳佳甜品，近日亦進駐旺角開設分店。市場消息透露，佳佳新店位於花園街1號鴻禧大廈地下2號舖，面積約900平方呎，上一手租客為串燒店，月租15萬元，租約期滿後結業，業主原叫價17萬元放租，議價後最終以12萬元租予佳佳，比舊租金平2成。
