朗屏世宙2座高層2房戶上車客議價後以$608萬沽出

美聯物業元朗 - Grand Yoho分行區域經理王偉健表示，二手市場減價持續，該行最新促成朗屏世宙429實呎戶累減$112萬，獲區內上車客議價後以$608萬沽出，原業主2016年買入單位，帳面僅微賺。

王偉健表示，成交單位為朗屏世宙2座高層C室，實用面積429平方呎，採2房設計，享開揚景觀。據悉，單位早於3月份以$720萬放售單位，及後下調叫價至$620萬，獲區內上車客議價後以$608萬沽出，實用呎價約$14,172。

資料顯示，原業主2016年以$573.2萬購入單位，持貨7年，帳面獲利$34.8萬。
