工商舖成交額增47%

根據中原(工商舖)昨日公布統計,10月工商舖市場共錄得約406宗買賣,比9月微減約7%,而對比去年同期則大升逾七成,反映市場已適應市況。至於成交額錄約72.42億元,比上月多出約47%,較去年同期則增約38%。期間大額買賣包括:旭輝控股及宏安地產18.8億元購入英皇道101及111號項目,以及中環中心及絲寶國際大廈等多宗逾億元交易。

中原(工商舖)預測,財團出手購入大手項目意味着對香港前景具信心,此舉更為其他海外及國內投資者注入強心針,工商舖物業利好消息湧現,勢必帶旺第四季工商舖買賣交投。

至於租賃表現,10月工商舖市場共錄約1,613宗個案,比9月下跌約14%,按年則升約14%。月內總成交額錄約8,762萬元,對比上月回落約26%,同比則減約22%。
