屯門龍門居1座高層新買家以$380萬購入

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，屯門龍門居鄰近街市、輕鐵龍門站及巴士總站，交通完善外，樓下更是食肆林立。近日分行則錄得一宗龍門居居二市場的成交個案，是次成交單位原業主於2014年以約$241萬(居二市場價)持貨至今，是次轉手帳面獲利約$139.88萬。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1座高層E室，實用面積592呎。新買家為外區綠表客，表示熟悉該區環境，鍾情屋苑鄰近家人，方便照應，而且單位屬高層戶，內籠企理四正。據了解，原業主有意換樓，故提供較大幅度的議價空間約$40萬，新買家考慮到樓價可以負擔，遂便以意頭價$380.88萬 (居二市場價)購入上址，以實用面積計算為$6,434，屬市價成交。
