屯門華都花園2座中層2房戶議價$500 終以$9500「即睇即租」

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，華都花園位於屯門市中心，交通便利，步行至輕鐵站只需10分鐘，環境靜中帶旺。日前分行促成一宗華都花園的「即睇即租」個案，該單位之租金回報率達2.6厘。

袁氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為2座中層H室，實用面積414呎，兩房一廳。租客為區內客，考慮到該屋苑周邊配套完善，而且單位內附企理裝修，加上業主有$500的議價空間，租客遂便決定以$9500「即睇即租」上址，以實用面積計算呎租$22.9。
