祥益地產 - 黃慶德董事表示，日前分行錄得一宗屯門翠寧花園居二市場價的買賣成交個案。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為5座低層G室，實用面積592平方呎。據了解，新買家為區內綠表客，鍾情上述屋苑鄰近原住所，不用重新適應周邊環境，而且單位內附雅緻裝修，加上原業主加大議價空間，累積減價$30萬，新買家有感樓價符合預算，遂便決定即時以$350萬(居二市場價)拍板入市，以實用面積計算呎價為$5912。
