屯門居屋龍門居10座高層3房戶綠表客以$388萬購入

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前屯門居屋龍門居錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於1997年以約$104.7萬(居二市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$283.3萬，單位升值逾2倍易手。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為10座高層K室，實用面積592呎，三房兩廳兩廁，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家為綠表客，鍾情單位內籠寬敞，可靈活擺放傢電，加上原業主增加議幅，減價32萬，而且屋苑鄰近家人，方便日後互相照應，上述買家遂便決定以$388萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6554。
