屯門居屋翠寧花園以月租$1.05萬承租

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，日前促成一宗屯門居屋翠寧花園為3座低層E室租賃成交，實用面積431平方呎，日前獲區內客承租。該租客鍾情屋苑鄰近子女所就讀的學校，加上業主願意調整租金，減租$500，上述租客有感租金合理，遂便決定「即睇即租」，以月租$1.05萬承租單位，實用面積平均呎租為$24.4。

袁氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估值價約$303萬(自由市場價)作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.2厘。
