屯門嘉悅半島2座高層2房戶$511萬沽升值約2倍易手

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，日前屯門嘉悅半島錄得一宗區外客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2001年以約$166.5萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$344.5萬，單位升值約2倍易手。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為2座高層B室，實用面積466呎，兩房兩廳，日前獲區外客垂青。買家鍾情單位附設企理裝修，加上客廳及房間均擁開揚景觀，而且屋苑樓齡較新及擁有會所配套，上述買家遂便決定以$511萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$10,966。
