世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區外「白居二」買家，成功以$430萬購入將軍澳彩明苑彩桃閣（E座）高層3室。單位實用面積506平方呎，兩房大廳開則企理裝修單位望開揚景，業主於月前才推出市場放盤，原叫價$480萬，經過減價$50萬成交，減幅約達10%，折合實用面積呎價為$8,498。

魏仕良補充，單位原業主於2001年8月以$103萬購入物業至今，現在成功以$430萬沽出，賬面獲利$327萬，物業在過去23年內大幅升值近3.2倍。
