二手市場回暖，藍籌屋苑太古城本月交投表現活躍，暫錄16宗買賣，其中有長情業主以706萬沽出一伙2房單位，持貨近48年，賬賺約689.85萬元，單位升值逾42倍。

上述單位為太古城鄱陽閣高層A室，實用面積583平方呎，屬2房間隔。單位原業主於去年10月以800萬元放盤，期間累減叫價至近期約710萬元，最終再減4萬元，即總減幅達96萬元，以706萬元成交，折合實用呎價約12,110元。新買家為年輕用家，認為樓價調整後趨合理，故加快入市。

至於原業主早於1977年8月以16.15萬元一手購入上述物業，持貨近48年後轉手，賬面大幅獲利約689.85萬元，升值約42.7倍。
