大埔雲滙2房議價後以$1.9萬租出業主可享約2.1厘租金回報

中原地產大埔海日灣組分行經理巫燕虹表示，剛性需求支持下，租務市場保持活躍，分行最新錄大埔雲滙7座高層A2室，單位實用面積510平方呎，2房連儲物房間隔，議價後以$1.9萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$37.3。

中原巫燕虹表示，新租客為外區客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即決定租入單位自住。據了解，業主則於2018年以$1,061萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約2.1厘租金回報。
