美聯物業大埔 - 白石角豪宅分行助理區域經理黃國輝表示，成交單位為大埔玖瓏山日瓏閣1座中高層J室，實用面積約663平方呎，2房間隔。據悉，單位早以前$700萬放售，買家為用家，鍾情屋苑周遭環境清幽，故議價後以$675萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$10,181。

原業主於2014年以$759.9萬於一手市場買入單位，持貨10年，是次沽出帳面蝕約$85萬，或11%。
