大埔中心高層2房議價後以$372.5萬承接單位

美聯物業大埔 - 白石角豪宅分行助理區域經理黃國輝表示，成交單位為大埔中心3座高層C室，實用面積約361平方呎，2房間隔。據悉，原業主以$400萬放售單位，獲區內投資客洽購，鐘情單位位處高層，且認為美國聯儲局將再次減息，故加快入市步伐，議價後以$372.5萬承接單位，實用面積平均呎價約$10,319。

原業主於2017年以$490萬買入單位，持貨7年，是次沽出帳面蝕$117.5萬。
