美聯物業 - 王偉健經理表示，市場預期美國有望減息，買家加快入市步伐，元朗區本月交投暢旺，市場暫錄得逾90宗買賣成交。該行最新促成元朗富好大廈一個實用面積282平方呎單位的買賣成交，本地自住客以$273.8萬承接，折合實用呎價約$9,709。

成交單位為富好大廈高層C室，屬1房間隔。據悉，原業主放盤後獲本地客洽詢，議價後成交。

資料顯示，原業主於2018年以約$399.6萬購入單位，現轉手帳面蝕讓約$125.8萬。
