元朗原築3座中層2房戶區內上車客有見撤辣即以$455萬承接

美聯物業元朗 - 鳳翔路分行區域經理鄧熾軒表示，政府宣佈撤辣後，區內購買力重現，該行最新促成上車客斥$455萬購元朗原築450實呎戶。

鄧熾軒表示，成交單位為元朗原築3座中層D室，實用面積約450平方呎，屬2房間隔，方正實用。據悉，買家為區內上車客，有見撤辣後二手交投增多，故加快入市步伐，加上鍾情屋苑品牌及環境，故議價後以$455萬承接單位，實用呎價約$10,111。

資料顯示，業主於2014年以$458萬購入單位。
