中半山The Mayfair高層4房超級豪宅斥$1.1億承接

美聯物業中半山首席區域營業董事楊宜貞表示，隨著市況向好，豪宅市場亦見熱鬧，超級豪宅更不乏買家垂青，該行剛促成中半山The Mayfair一個2,144呎銀主盤成交，並獲本地用家鍾情，並斥$1.1億承接。

楊宜貞稱，中半山錄得一宗超級豪宅成交，涉及單位為梅道1號The Mayfair一個高層B室一個銀主盤，單位實用面積約2,144呎，建築面積約為2,885呎，為罕有四房雙套連工人房間隔，並在市場放售，剛獲本地豪宅用家垂青，並以約$1.1億成交，折合實用呎價約為$51,306，建築呎價約為$38,128。

由於樓市氣氛向好，豪宅購買力湧現，市場上亦不乏逾億元的超級豪宅成交，而上述單位為市場罕有的分層大宅，故獲得買家鍾情及承接。
