隨著愈來多「Gen Z」投身社會，新世代買樓租樓的選擇已經形成一種新的態度，以往「保值保證」的「10大屋苑」不再吃香，部分年青人表示更重視「樓齡」與「會所」。

近日有網民在連登討論區發出帖文，問「年輕人買樓，普遍好著重個會所，係咪真？」普遍網友都回覆指選擇屋苑時，最重要是樓齡要較新，會所設備齊全新淨，更有人表明不喜歡「10大屋苑」年紀大、不想與退休人士一同使用會所設施！有人就表示舊樓保養費用不輕，所以不會考慮。

「10大藍籌屋苑」在地產市場多年來一直都金鎗不倒，如今竟被年輕一代嫌棄，可謂「時代的眼淚」！
