荃灣中心低層2房$380萬獲區内租客承接 2015年貨升值約12%

美聯物業新荃灣分行高級分區營業經理梁仲維表示，剛促成的荃灣中心天津樓低層A室單位，實用面積約422平方呎，建築面積約525平方呎，2房單位，交通方便，屬大型屋苑。據悉，新買家為區內租客，見單位價錢合預算，即洽購，原業主開價$388萬，雙方議價$8萬，終以$380萬購入自住，實用面積平均呎價約$9,005，建築面積平均呎價約$7,238。

據了解，原業主於2015年以$338.6萬購入物業，持貨逾7年，帳面獲利$41.4萬，期內物業升值約12%。
