荃灣中心低層2房$380萬獲區内租客承接 2015年貨升值約12%

美聯物業新荃灣分行高級分區營業經理梁仲維表示,剛促成的荃灣中心天津樓低層A室單位,實用面積約422平方呎,建築面積約525平方呎,2房單位,交通方便,屬大型屋苑。據悉,新買家為區內租客,見單位價錢合預算,即洽購,原業主開價$388萬,雙方議價$8萬,終以$380萬購入自住,實用面積平均呎價約$9,005,建築面積平均呎價約$7,238。

據了解,原業主於2015年以$338.6萬購入物業,持貨逾7年,帳面獲利$41.4萬,期內物業升值約12%。
