沙田第一城3房議價後以$770萬易手單位升值約15.7倍

中原地產沙田置富第一城分行副區域營業經理伍錦基表示，日前促成沙田第一城27座中層C室，單位實用面積688平方呎，建築面積870平方呎，3房間隔，日前議價後以$770萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$11,192。

據了解，新買家為用家，見單位價錢合理，即把握機會入市單位自住。原業主則於1985年以$46.2萬購入單位，持貨39年，現轉手賬面獲利$723.8萬離場，單位升值約15.7倍。
