元朗錦繡花園雙號屋議價後以$1,018萬沽出

中原地產-劉喜燕經理表示，日前促成元朗錦繡花園最新錄H段1街雙號屋買賣成交，單位實用面積1,035平方呎，建築面積1,050平方呎，開價約$1,300萬，早前減至$1,080萬，日前議價後以$1,018萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$9,836。

中原劉喜燕指，買家為區外用家，鍾情獨立屋居住環境，見社區配套完善，加上業主提供合理議價空間，即決定入市單位作退休自住自用。據了解，原業主則於1991年以$195萬買入單位，持貨34年，是次易手賬面獲利約$823萬，單位期內升值4.2倍。
